Library and copy room
General information
The Library was formed immediately after the establishment of the Mining Institute in 1960. It acquires, collects, exchanges, preserves and makes available books, magazines and other publications in the fields of mining, geology, technical and other related scientific fields, which it holds in its collection. The Library is managed by Msc Vesna Jevtić, biblioteka@ribeograd.ac.rs, tel.: +381 11 21 95 112 / 127.
Using the Library
The Library is primarily intended for the associates of the Mining Institute, but it can be used by other citizens of legal age – experts, professors, scientific workers, students, etc. The membership is free of charge, and the works are not to be taken out of the Mining Institute. Working hours of the Library are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM. The Library’s users have at their disposal the following technical means: a copying machine within the Institute’s Copy Center, and a computer with the COBSON database available.
COPY ROOM
Graphics processing support service of the Mining Institute is equipped with professional computer supported equipment for printing, copying, scanning, plotting of technical drawings up to A0 paper size and binding of the documentation. The copy room is primarily intended for the needs of the Mining Institute, but it can be used by other interested parties as well, and the services are paid for.
